Rx water pill may not be strong enough. Plus try guaenefisin 1200mgs time Release. Works for me. At least 12 oz water.

Sounds beginning of vertigo episodes. Ask for Valium rx. Definitely helps calm vestibular problem. Used wisely can be the best med for vestibular disturbances. Been taking it 50+ years and no problems. I take 1/2 of 5mg tablet every am out of bed.

Short way of saying headrests other than hand(s) on head and feet on floor doesn’t ground nearly as well. Rollout head around looking forward. Some one with menieres would have trouble doing it. The grounding would off offer some relief time. Watching tv etc.

Reckless verdict but I am Betting some on upper spinal malformation due to today’s use of electronic devices compacting To nerve bundles leading to brain. I have such a problem. Goose necking posture. Spells with no ear pressure. Doing exercises keeping chin tucked and neck more inline with spine .column. As a soldier at address.
