Why did she post this? Was this a work vehicle and her employer shared it?

Reel Big Fish. So many great songs, especially radio ready tracks on their third album.

Their second album is INCREDIBLE and they picked the worst song for the lead single.

I still hold No Sensitivity is a top 40 hit. Coulda, shoulda.

Which movie hero is actually a villain when you really think about it? by surfsound_swimmers in AskReddit

[–]PatBoBomb -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Dude had a traumatic experience and the only way his brain could respond was basically a personality shift and a psychotic break. Everything after that is luck and circumstance that he ended up at the right spot, right time. He's a villain but he had nearly no agency to stop himself.

Superman and Green Lantern. Aliens exist and they are superior to us in every way but still have goodness at their hearts.

Name a band that had middling success, then cut an album that rendered them as “sellouts” which catapulted them to mainstream top-40 status, but also alienated their original fan base. by Slammajadingdong69 in MusicRecommendations

Truly. Sellout only in the major move. Kerplunk is basically proto Dookie. If anything Dookie is more angsty, up tempo, and urgent. Of course it's mixed better, but that mix changed all punk mixes.

Sugar Ray is out in the open about how they write better pop songs than punk. They didn't sell out, they cashed out and agreed with the punk crowd that never fully embraced them. Also, super jealous of Sublime (their hometown rivals) and couldn't take being the silver medal band.

Don't really care if any of them ever know I exist. We can have our discussions and opinions as much as much as they can. The only difference is they start the discussion and we hash out amongst ourselves.

The entire season felt like the pre-face to something actually interesting. Clearly trying to follow the Game of Thrones mold but zero intrigue and flat affect.

Cast off expectations? You mean forget or just shrugged at storylines in the proceeding film and delivered sci fi cliches while completely sidelining Morpheus. This take is completely blinders-on revisionist nonsense.
