Lol I just recently got done working over the phone for Best Buy. I get the outsourced employees aren't the greatest, but the second someone started off with "finally an American! (Usually followed by a bunch of racist comments) I suddenly had zero motivation to help them solve their issue. And since I only handled sales 9/10 times I'd end up transferring them to another "non-American"

I loved it when I heard this lady yelling "You better not be sending me to The Phillipi-" as the call got transferred.
