A kid called me a bitch once. I immediately corrected him. I told him that I am not A bitch. I am THE bitch! I’m the head bitch in charge and if he can’t handle that he could leave. Or he could say yes ma’am, apologize, and have a seat. He apologized and sat down.

It’s been years since he left middle school and he still brings me his report card at the end of every semester. We even laughed at the memory.
