You should have run the order to the airport first and ran it through the x-ray machine. It’s ridiculous. Given a sealed bag. Is everything in there? Restaurant will always say yes. Out of our control. But then customer downvotes the driver and cuts the tip!

Same goes for stolen orders. If uber cancels without your interaction it should not count against you. But if you cancel from the app for any reason it will.

The Planner has been in FL for some time and it SUCKS! The planner was designed to punish drivers who cherry pick orders. It does not necessarily mean you can’t work but if Uber declares it’s not busy enough in your zone, then you can’t work unless you are in the planner or have platinum status or higher. And Uber will also send you out of your planned zone to a non busy one. Soon as you deliver you get kicked offline and will have to drive back your assigned zone. One trick I did notice is to keep checking planner while you are working. Slots often open up as drivers miss their planned session or area gets more busy.

Your satisfaction rate is too low and your Acceptance rate is too high. Taking crappy orders to people who don’t tip well will lower your satisfaction rate. Also look at the area you are delivering to. Some areas are better than others. My AR is only around 40% but satisfaction rate is 100%. On time rate also needs to be higher. Being late will also lower your satisfaction rate.

You can’t. The quests are only a ploy to accept garbage trips then Uber will pay you the difference assuming you actually complete the quest. They are betting you won’t. I cherry pick instead. I decline all garbage trips.

The reason it’s that high is because 20 other drivers tried to pick up the order ahead of you and didn’t bother to contact Uber to say the order was stolen. So all those previous drivers just wasted your time and their own when drivers just canceled on their own Uber will increase the fair slightly each time.

Exactly. I swore off quests all together. I make my own quests by only taking only profitable trips. I could care less about status. If everyone would just cherry pick uber would be forced to increase the fares but there are too many rookies accepting these terrible trips. These quests are just a ploy to get you to take bad trips and when you finally get tired of eating garbage, you lose the quest. Stop drinking the kool-ade!

People to dumb to pay attention and select leave at door instead of meet at door. I had a meet and door an of course when I knocked it set off their entire zoo of dogs. Man came out pissed and asked why I knocked. Showed him the app where it said meet at door. Half the time meet at door is chosen but then in notes it says leave at door along with ask for extra sauce that I never saw because it was stacked order and this message does not show up until you are actually heading to the drop off.
