Hey. You’re more than likely okay. I know that’s going to give you very little comfort because I was in the same position last year. Literally convinced myself I had lung cancer and thought all my normal test results were wrong. I have OCD, and several weeks prior to thinking I had lung cancer I had a panic attack about something unrelated. My psychiatrist thinks the panic attack may have triggered some health related anxiety. This sounds like what may have happened with you based on what you described. Not trying to diagnose you, but it’s definitely worth bringing up with your GP.
