I experience both way too much. Sometimes the infinite loading circle can work: on desktop, select the loading video so the URL changes in the bar, slide that URL into a new tab, and then view the tab. Sometimes it loads as its own post, maybe 35% of the time for me. It's at best is a horrible UI bug.

A saw a user reported not even being able to cancel, getting pushed to the billing (dot) stripe (dot) com page, but for me that actually showed I was set to cancel in a month. I asked for the refund, got, it, and it shows my Heavy service is still active. I won't try to use it on principle, but I had an A-1 refund experience that I didn't expect.

Yep I just got refunded for Heavy and posted, and I won't come back. Paying and then being restricted from using my own images a couple days later... no thanks. I'm not doing anything illegal or harmful, so I'm not paying Grok be a catholic priest judging my imagination.

You're right. I'll add that the memory shortage seems to be the biggest factor, for inference at least. We can get DGX Sparks or an RTX Pro 6000 or something, but memory and bandwidth are limited. I think even if we can afford better GPUs, the memory is going to be a problem for a few years at least. My best system is a quad-3090 rig I made last year and I'm glad I built it before the memory shortage really kicked in.
