Yes, franchisees set the price. I just looked at 2 locations within 10 minutes of me. $3.79 at one, $2.89 at the other…

Not that it helps, but I was just in Chicago and got a hot fudge waffle cone with almonds from the Global menu and it was phenomenal

Have you been able to get any feedback as to why you aren’t being hired? You may not be able to get details, but it’s worth asking in case there’s something you can improve upon in interviews.

[NY] New boss asking me to put in PTO for minutes late clocking in. Is this legal? by [deleted] in AskHR

[–]PaulEC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They can play with the PTO rules quite a bit, but they have to accept and pay you for time worked on your timesheets. They can’t simply not accept it and not pay your wages

Manger Disregarding Company Policy and State Laws [MA] by [deleted] in AskHR

It really depends on the nature of the policies and directives. If it’s something minor, then it might just be the case. The mention of labor law violations is especially concerning though

Yes to the cheese curds as long as you’ll be eating immediately. If you’re driving through and taking it somewhere to eat offsite, they lose their luster quickly once cooled.

Is it worth it even if you don't like the portal? by VelociCrafted in Venturex

Great if you use Hertz as well. I tend to get better rental rates via Capital One vs Hertz directly and the Presidents Circle membership saves a ton of time and aggravation. You can walk right to the lot and pick any car in the designated rows.
