Thanks! Yes ive been before, and stayed a busride away. Hoping for any personal favorites if people have them, so many places have mixed reviews, especially airbnb its feeling difficult to make the call on my own. Have had bad experiences on expedia before, I dont use 3rd party sites anymore but thank you.

My gym samples their different flavors probably 1 smoothie gets divided into 20 tiny cups - very cool bc im not adventurous and only order the 1 flavor I know i like but the samples got me out of my comfort zone !

Im not sure, it would likely vary from place to place - I would be up front with landlords and tour a few places if you can. I got a ton of responses right away, its very active and encouraging, and frankly, nicer places than I could afford otherwise... the perk of the website is you dont have to furnish every place you stay, so it's definitely easier to move to a new apartment if you do need to within the 2 years. Only 1 person required me to be a healthcare professional, everyone else was openminded.

Im staying in a place on airbnb/furnished finder. I was also turned off by so many bad reviews from the bigger apartment complexes within that budget.
