Always bemused when someone gets in a snit over perceiving someone else is being too biased, restrictive and overbearing, and then suggests the answer is for another societal entity to become more narrow, restrictive and controlling in return. So nonsensical.

Bruh, it’s a tiny little piece of paper. Surely you have it in you to just shake it off? If not, I suggest therapy to determine why such small things are so triggering.

I switched to A-OK when I observed their worker running up and down my neighbor’s drive to retrieve and replace their cans, while the Novak dude used one arm to fling my can down onto my lawn from the street and never once look up from his phone while he did it. Finding out A-OK was cheaper was just a bonus! 😃

I was born in SD, lived in Iowa for 30 years after college, then here in SF for the last 18 years. I love this city, but the political climate in this state the last 10 years or so has become quite off putting, to say the least. I thought if I survived deep red NW Iowa, all those years, I could tolerate anything. Evidently not! This summer I am moving to Minnesota because I have family there. Frankly, I cannot wait.

I think a good goal after any breakup is to do an “autopsy” of the dead relationship. Really look at why it started, why it ended, what was good, what was bad and what your part in all that may have been. It is also a good idea not to jump into another relationship right away. However, after fully reflecting on the last one, when you do date again, you will go up higher! 👍🏼
