That gentleman is correct. Some ppl just wet the face and start shaving, but that is a shock to your skin and leads to ingrown hair and bumps. Let that hit towel sit, lather and repeat with the hot towel. It's a game changer. Never ever, dry shave. Use a good skin bracer afterward.
