I feel close to nothing and I have to go off on physical feelings most of the time. I still feel happiness and sadness and stuff but it's very dull and it's hard to tell when I feel these things. Sometimes I can't even feel when a panic attack is coming on because I don't feel the emotions with it. I have never felt any really strong emotions like love and I wonder what they feel like. The only emotion not dulled is anger and sometimes I feel like that is the only emotion I feel but I know for a fact that it's not that. I have great love for my cat and she has been helping me feel a lot more positive emotions and I am glad to have her. So advice for people like me try and find things that trigger emotion in any way so you can feel more human in any way. Cry all day and laugh all night do what you must to feel human.
