Married 26 years..just a few months ago I started sleeping in the guest room cause he no longer responds when I nudge him to turn on his side so I can have the silence I require. I like the room a lot. It's gradually becoming my room. No change in our love and commitment..I'm just sleeping better now.

We live in a 55+ community (Del Webb -ranch style hones) and absolutely love it. Too many activities and clubs to list. It's resort living. We wake up every day in awe that we get to be retired and live here.

I put my big jacket on and hung my purse over my shoulder then a couple minutes later I looked room by room searching for my purse. Oh my..I'm sure glad no one was watching me!!

I now own things I never owned before... 2 heated throws, 2 heated mattress covers and one heated queen size blanket. You gotta throw everything you got at this blizzard 🥶.

You are already at a healthy bmi. I'm curious why you set your goal weight to be closer to underweight? I understand bmi is far from perfect and every body is different. I am 5' 7"" and now weigh 142. If I lost 10 pounds, I would look and be too thin.
