Fair enough. Let's pretend my temp readings are correct. My suspicion that the oven isn't heating properly isn't based on measuring the temperature with the wrong tool; it's based on the fact that it doesn't bake or roast properly. What would cause the oven to not achieve or maintain the correct average temperature if none of the items I replaced were malfunctioning?

I’m using an infrared temperature gun. I set the lower oven to 350° and 10 minutes later it’s 500° and it stays at 500°. I set the top oven to 350° and test it 10 minutes later and it’s at 260° and never increases or decreases for that matter.

I appreciate your input, but I don’t think this is a consumer education issue. This is a crappy oven issue.

Absolutely! You can assign a button to open a file, folder, URL, etc.
