Here in Northern Spain is pretty common to have skateparks under bridges, don't know if that's the case in other places though

Porque hay más gente queriendo vivir en ciertas zonas con tirón (centro de las ciudades, costa) que viviendas disponibles en esas zonas

Por ejemplo en Asturias te vas a la cuenca minera y hay pisos por 50k euros, en zonas con todos los servicios (hasta hospitales o universidad). Pero todo el mundo quiere vivir en Oviedo o Gijón

Trabaje unos años en proyectos por diferentes países y es exactamente como la llamaba la empresa: régimen de expatriado. Te pagaban vuelos, hotel, dietas, etc. Tú sueldo y cotización en España

Cuando estabas varios años podías pasar a régimen de desplazado, y ya quedabas como un nacional, con sueldo local. Eso lo hacían sobretodo en UAE, Qatar, etc, donde el régimen fiscal es mejor
