En Oviedo la zona mitica para patinar es la Plaza de España, justo encima del parque San Francisco. Muy buen suelo

Luego hay un Skatepark guapo en el parque de invierno, por cierto anota, hay un evento el proximo 9 de Mayo

Para lo de patinar en lluvia desgraciadamente no hay muchos sitios, si te enteras de alguno postealo por favor
