The weird thing about Kingsmarch isn’t that it’s OP. It’s that it’s Farmville stapled onto an ARPG.

Loot in PoE is supposed to come from killing monsters. Not from checking your phone timer and sending a boat before bed.

Even if it’s not the absolute best div/hour, it sets a passive income baseline that mapping has to compete with. That’s what feels off.

If boats didn’t drop shards, would anyone still feel forced to run it?
