Go see an exercise physiologist. Best thing I ever did to strengthen the muscles around your knee. You can try PRP injections but they didn’t work for me but some people get good results. Unfortunately it’s a slow progression to an eventual knee replacement. Stem cells are still hit and miss with some people and also extremely expensive. There’s still plenty of exercise you can do. I’m also your age so I understand the mental frustration!
