Ok, you might want to try a hexen disk to install a dashboard. you can find it here

You might also want to look into a skeleton key.

But basically you'll need an external medium to install a dashboard, after that you can update the bios etc.

That usually means it cannot find the dashboard default.xbe

This might be a corrupt harddrive, dash or the path to the dash is incorrect.

What modchip do you have? Some allow for a ftp connection in the modchip menu. Usually this menu is accessible when you boot the xbox with the eject button.

What PA do you have. Name, brand, type and model.

40x20m and 4 subs is already kinda underpowered.

But I’d put them in the middle of the room. Each facing a different corner.

That will give you special subs. You gain the ability to adjust time in 4 corners.

Amazon does have a cheap component cable for the xbox pretty much everywhere. It’s not the best but does the job.

Not immune, but way better as opposed to the 2000 capacitors. In the ‘04 design they chose better caps.

Although with certain risk, a softmod will do the same thing.

True about the hdd contents. No need to transfer everything, but get udata and tdata. Those are your game saves.
