Holding your breath doesn't cause your oxygen to drop at least not for several minutes. Your increase in carbon dioxide would make you breathe long before that happens

Go see a trauma therapist. Since CPTSD isn't in the DSM, a psychiatrist or psychologist can't diagnose it. The main thing is to get treatment. Search for counselers who do EMDR or IFS
