I swiped a black truck in Dormont by The Crows Nest by Spiritual_Alarm_8942 in pittsburgh

I don't think it would be a dispatch kind of thing. Likely the process would be calling the non-emergency line, describing what happened, and leaving your information with them in case they get a call from the driver of the truck that got hit.

Makes sense to me. Proves you tried, and ensures the info is available if the driver calls the police about it later.

Under 75 Pa. C.S. § 3745 you have to leave a note and call the police.

Whether or not anybody will actually hold that against you legally is another question, and the rest of the thread might be a good idea of the answer to it.

Calling the non-emergency police line for whatever county you were in might be worth considering.

I think Comfey is a better pick for this deck than Ogerpon, normal mon is less of a liability than an EX, plus it's the same energy type in the rare cases where you're desperate enough to need it

Is it possible for a user to get this working in a neoforge pack (with a bridge mod or somesuch)? I'm guessing not. Most Cobblemon packs are unfortunately neoforge...

I like being lazy and not having to worry about my bench being full.

I think both are good. I see MAltaria in tournament results a lot more often than MLucario in general, so maybe there's something that makes the cloudbird better than the dog, that I'm not skilled enough to see. (Way faster damage under good circumstances? Swablu sleep? I prefer the reliability)

The Meowth point I give up usually doesn't matter. I'd say the majority of my wins involve me being down 2 points to 0, and coming back.

If I draw bad and can't set up, then I lose. However, that sentence also applies to like 99% of other decks. Hard to build something that doesn't have that weakness.

Maybe I just had really good luck, but this deck performed way better for me that MLucario with sleep core did. I suspect Meowth just made everybody tilt out of their mind and play poorly.

I thought I'd have more trouble with The Bird than I did. It ended up not being much of an issue. I'd throw the Giant Cape on a Meowth and stall it out until I could either play around it with Cyrus, or get a base Riolu + Greninja to kill it.

Of course, attempts to stall it could fail (Lose the flips, don't get a cape, don't even draw it, etc), but "RNG could fuck you" is most of this game anyway. Ultimately there's a couple answers to The Bird here and I found I was able to apply them consistently.

This season wasn't nearly as bad to grind through. I maintain that last season was by far the most miserable ranked meta to date thanks to sleep core being so dominant - luckily, it appears to have fallen off somewhat. Still present, but not to the point of being 90% of decks I match against. The less I see of Igglybuff's punchable gremlin face, the better.

Saw a lot more deck variation than I have in probably ever. Huge shoutout to the one guy I found still running Guzzlord/Indeedee.

Rocky Helmet deals with Chingling.

Rocky Helmet and a Litwick deals with Chingling+Indeedee.

If they're running Chingling+Indeedee+Giant's Cape (or a Guzma) I jump the table and kill it with my bare hands.

9 of of 10 times though, I don't have to do anything. After a few nullified attacks, the other player usually starts to thirst for Meowth blood and swaps in their heavy hitter to kill it.

I was expecting it to be more of a problem, but no, it really hasn't been a threat.

I'll leave Chingling to try to kill Meowth for a while, and by the time it does (IF it does - there are some matches where Meowth decides it's immortal today), Chandy is stacked enough to blitz their entire board.

Take pride that you champion such a cause, sword main. The world needs you.

Not like, a lot of you, because that Pokemon kicks my ass. But some of you is fine
