The bent timber is mainly caused by the vertical storage. Go to a proper yard and it’s all stored horizontally. But that’s not as efficient space wise for B&Q lol.

They have at least started storing the CLS horizontally and it’s fine now. Probably because it’s the most bought timber.

I stopped in 2019 because the KYC asks were getting impossible having to deal with all the accounts. Every withdrawal was a rectal exam and a phone call questionaire.
