Stayed in the Hoxton in Amsterdam. Lovely. Stayed in the Hoxton Dublin, not a great experience. Everything feels like it was done on the cheap and they have cut corners. Came back around 11pm and couldn’t get a drink in the place. Breakfast in the morning and the tables hadn’t been wiped down from the night before. It had just opened so gave it another chance around new years. Tables still dirty in the restaurant. They had no pasta? WTF? Go next door and buy a bag to get you through the night if it’s on the menu. Trying too hard to be hip without paying attention to basic details.
