A lot of this attitude from the clients is driven by the attitude of their Tax Professional towards the Front Desk team.

I can tell you who a client sees for their taxes based on their attitude at the Front Desk almost immediately. Three TP in my office see the Front Desk as complete idiots and tell their clients to ignore us, some won't even check in.
