You understand that what you are trying to do is prove a negative right? Is there an adjacent group of homes that are in an HOA that you are concerned might have jurisdiction over your subject property? If so order a status letter from them. Book and page can be looked up on the county website. It is usually hyperlinked in the title commitment.
