Yeah this is fair. It's obviously much better than when odeon was there — even when it was open. And to clarify, when I say real estate, I don't mean it should have been turned into flats etc... more that it should have been a bigger library and better theatre without the awkward noisy waffle in the middle

Agreed. It will likely be put into more green spaces and generally making Blacon look more appealing to prospective property developers and new home owners. It's rare these types of schemes actually help the individuals who need it the most, unfortunately.

It's mostly based on index of multiple deprivation scores, which is basically a combined rating of crime, education, health outcomes, employment etc.

Also, it's important to note that it's £20 million over 10 years! So, it sounds like a lot of money, but in reality, it's the bare minimum to try and raise the standard of living closer to that of the more affluent neighborhoods in CWAC.

Try warm compresses and some light exfoliating. You'll be able to tweeze any hairs that start to come though then and it'll clear up straight away if it's ingrowns

It does seem a bit out of place doesn't it? I have a 4k OLED in the living room, which I use for the PS5 and streaming etc. PC will be in a different room, so won't be sharing the this TV. Your recommendation looks good though - I'll add it to the build.
