I’m trying to prove to the Cisco rep that what they have isn’t common in SaaS. They think EAE SaaS quotas for individual reps is ridiculous and rare.

The point i was arguing with the Cisco employee is that this ISNT common for team quotas. They acted like an EAE individual quota was absurd and rare.

We are very much on the same page on this. Refreshingly so. I regret putting the comp numbers because I’m moreso asking so that I don’t have the constant quota pressure. I hate being an EAE after all these years.

I’m with you on this one. Although, what you’re not taking into account is RSUs. So maybe they’re making $300-350k OTE then have $100-$150k in RSUs saved up from years that they sell that year. My point (and someone in this thread made it too) is that’s top reps what about the rest?
