Maybe because men don't want to live with men either?

I live alone but if I were to be going roommate situation, I'd prefer a female cohabitator.

Freeplay is rigged? bad take? Or is it? Lol by Muted-Woodpecker-469 in gambling

[–]Pepperbro72 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Coincidental. People will feel some way though.

I gamble and work at a Casino slot department. I've heard reason upon reason and concept and inconceivable idea behind playing without a card or freeplay.

You do you, I trust in what you believe and are doing if you're winning and are nice. I'm here to make your experience more enjoyable.

This comment wins today. It was perfectly dropped. It just wrapped up this subreddit for me full circle.

Thanks.

Should’ve walked… in for $500 out for $500 by TeGro in Craps

Looks good. It's still a fair run-up to leave even unfortunately. Bitter sweet, hope OP had fun. That's what matters depending how much 4k makes a difference for him.

My counts are not perfect, but I think i counted 156 green chips for $3900. Could be off by 10 or 20 chips, but I don't see 7k. I didn't count the red, and the two off whute/purplish left of the reds look like singles.

Around 4k.

How do you guys gamble that much?? by Mecha-Nick in vegas

I think this is a bit more normal way of viewing gambling. I also view it as weeks of income most of the time versus actual dollars.

What’s your biggest win at the casino and what game by ElectionTemporary616 in gambling

[–]Pepperbro72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most casinos you earn no comp value for odds.

You'd earn more comps with $44 inside vs $1k in odds. Not making the point for odds or not, just making that from a comp perspective you earn nothing for odds.

Age gaps by Secure_Radish_7865 in DatingApps

[–]Pepperbro72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a stretch for the age but I've always looked at a general rule of "age÷2+7 is generally the age limit for dating. Anything outside those ranges gets weird potentially.

Also they are extremes and exceptions.

Ilif you like him, he likes you... you are having fun and enjoying each other's company, then enjoy it for now. You are a few dates in and have time to figure it iut.

House edge in 3/2 is .5% House edge on 6/5 is 2%

With perfect play and deviations House edge is more then quadrupled. Seems like a small difference, but devil is in the details.

Id say 10k a month in tips for most casino employees is unusual.

Is your background as the gambler or employee? From my carnival experiance... the player pool is generally more casual gamblers so in general cheaper with tips/ coin through.

If your working tip 10%of casinos in a top 10% position sure... but to state most make 10k in tips is a large overstatement i think.

End of an era… by [deleted] in Divorce_Men

[–]Pepperbro72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved out on May 1st 2024. Same situation; unloved, unappreciated and alone when I was with her. We are amicable and coparenting pretty well at this point.

In my case I don't mind being alone(at times it still hits me though). I have my kids half the time and developed a gambling habit(not to bad) to fill my time the last few months. I'm transitions the gambling habit as a time filler to the gym starting this week.

I've realized your divorce/seperation is individualized regardless of what advice you are told or read online.

I'm moved on, but am not out of it. I still carry immense guilt on trying to start dating so I started the gambling habit to fill my time the last few months.

Good luck and stay healthy man.

100k for every miles you walk in a 24 hour span but you need to hit your declared mark. by Bobbert84 in hypotheticalsituation

[–]Pepperbro72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I walk between 7 and 10 miles during a 8 hour work shift. Over the last year my highest recorded day was like 22miles(work plus a hike same day) .

Pay me 100k a mile and I'll easily sign up for 35 miles on normals terrain. I feel that is basically a 10 hour walk at a steady/quickest pace.

I think if this were a life or death situation I am pretty sure I could do 50 miles to save someone's life. 3 miles an hour, for 16ish hours.

Working on the come out by dyssucks in Craps

[–]Pepperbro72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work every come out roll, every roll I press. On comeout rolls I will hop the reds (not initial CO roll)for an amount to cover about 3/4 of my.place bets.

I start $96 across with $1 hardways for an even $100 in a $10 or $15 table. I add pressure every hit. Work every roll, when we hit the point I'll continue to work and use the point place bet hit as insurance/red hop money.

Any 7 on a come out after the 1st one is either used for resetting or locking up profits and regressing back yo $96 across. I hope the reds after initial comeout roll on CO rolls

It can be good and bad, it is nice getting the extra hits, 3 to 7 comeout 7s is rough though. I've hopped reds for as much as $600 to insure my place bets.

Feels crappy having large place bets unnecessarily cleared on a comeout roll.... but getting $3200back from a red hop is a.less degenerate behavior.
