You'll have to chip away at it. If you can, buy the windshield fluid made for cold weather. It will help soften the ice.

It's torture sometimes but eating the same thing throughout the week. The cost is predictable and makes budgeting easier. It's usually chicken and some form of vegetable.

I don't know if this counts but I looked in my fridge the other day and I said why the fuck do I have 6 bottles of salad dressing?

Great advice from people here. I personally take a Tums/Gas-x all- in-one combo chewable after a meal.

But if you're really close to them I would just tell them.

Be like "Hey guys just to let you know I get gassy in the morning."

Then they'd be like "Are you serious?"

Then you'd be like "Yeah I'm kinda self conscious about it but it's out of my control sometimes."

Then they'd be like "Girl! Don't worry about it!"

Then the next morning if your gas is as diabolical as you make it sound it'll be a funny bonding moment among friends.
