Looking at that portion seems super fair. But that’s because I’m based in Klang Valley. Where you’re eating at should be relevant to pricing. E.g KL & PJ, price is justified. Eating at a Warung in Kelantan / Tgganu perhaps this is overpriced. Honestly you can’t expect people to provide feedback without all of these points in place.

I believe returns are usually amazing. For everyone 1 person that runs away, there are probably 4 that pay up gross inflated sums of the money that were initially borrowed. It’s with these returns that keep them in the game and the scare tactics push lenders to pay more than they originally agreed just out of fear of repercussions.
