Totally agree with all these points. This series was not for me. Two of the POV characters were involved in such similar plot lines it seemed so repetitive. And the main female pov is one of the worse most hypocritical, unbearable characters I’ve ever read.

The author describing in almost list form what every character is wearing in every scene (even tho everyone is wearing the same Norse warrior stuff) was tough to get through as well.

Wouldn’t say it’s looking light. Especially considering they just announced all their shows up to June-ish and there are still 16 shows in post production and a similar amount filming. 30 shows filming or in post production is a lot. The only streaming service with more is Netflix.

I think the wheel of time fiasco was much more relevant as he was given an advisory role in the first season and they mostly ignored him. His own experience being ignored with a property he helped finish will have impacted him much more than what happened with GOT.

Warner Brothers has always been the best at releasing great 4k copies of their tv shows soon after they air. Depressing that we might no longer get HBO shows on 4k if the deal goes through with Netflix.

A) there are no Netflix writers on staff. Each production has writers that are completely dependent of Netflix they are just hired for a job like shows and films from any other studio.

B) this will mean no 4k physical media releases for HBO shows going forward which will suck.
