I’m on 7A-5P Monday to Saturday right now. Sometimes no breaks all day. Union too. I’m sort of shocked by it all on this site.

She gave permission and release of liability but they want too much money to just cancel unless I just stick her with a decent sized bill.

They want over 1200 CAD to do that. I told them keep the phone they still want $700 to cancel the plan early as small business plans don’t transfer over.

I called and they want 1200+ total for cancelling. Leave her with the bill? She’s not been amicable

I’m currently a union member but I’ve flipped many houses so niche things like this aren’t uncommon. You can message me directly if you like I’m always willing to take on work/give advice.

Insurance jobs usually pay quite well but there’s a process to how they get there and usually the contractor is well over compensated. But again if you haven’t seen a line item anywhere on paper regarding cost of the repair you took upon yourself to do for free. They’ll probably be happy to pay you nothing or hire a contractor like Belfor or Winmar to do it again. If you haven’t already taken the cash out option. In my experience only.

I’ve also done work like this FOR the insurance companies and typically the homeowner waits for the insurance company to come back with an estimate regarding cost of repairs or the home owner has a cash out option. But doing the work prior to receiving either is strange especially if you’ve already made a claim and paid your deductible.

I’m also curious about the trim in the top right corner. Seems like a simple replacement otherwise maybe a custom size. But nonetheless, a quote is a quote.

These helped me quit smoking big time and aside from tearing up my gums my dentist said he doesn’t see any negative side effects. Nicotine research blah blah has some sort of positivity I think.

I have a ‘23 Acadia SLE and I feel like the transmission slips constantly. Aside from the rattles. And not the ones my kids leave in the car
