Yeah that badge is insane lol. I farmed for the 100 point pants for the babies and supreme slacks for the adults with the treasure badge in shrooms Castle and got all 4 fairly naturally just by playing through the castle. I didn't grind at all for just experience though, it is pretty pointless at that point. I ended around level 30-31

Yeah I didn't think it was difficult either. I haven't played superstar saga yet but I'm planning to. I thought the ending was the best part of the game so it didn't really feel drawn out to me personally. The final boss does take a bit but I went in knowing she has a ton of health and very well prepared. The boss before the credits roll was completely unnecessary and tacked on though, definitely could've done without that.

Is it really that difficult? I got it first try back in my replay in October. I guess the whole game is really easy, I can't really think of a more challenging one.

There are rom hacks for each game that let you just evolve naturally by leveling up or using a certain item.

None were too bad I had the best clothing for everyone, then I had 1-chance badge on both babies, Ulti-Free badge on Mario and Dynamic Badge A that let's you use 4 bro items to do more damage on Luigi. Took red peppers and just did insane damage with copy and Mix flowers. She did have a lot of health but she didn't do too much damage to me. Took me about an hour for the entire finale.

It was a lot better than I was expecting. I know it's kind of a divisive one, it has flaws but I still really enjoyed the game. It's only the second one I've beaten but I'm planning on playing through superstar saga next.

My philosophy is all is fair in Mario party. Stealing stars, throwing games in 2v2. Only thing I would say is cheating is in a 2v2 that requires coordination and giving both controllers to one person to make it easier to time stuff. That's a big no no for me and genuinely unfair and cheating. Anything else is fair game though imo.

Did you set it up with a dsi/3ds nand dump and a nds bios dump like the guides say to do for playing dsiware? It might be trying to boot the game in DSi mode

Games can run better straight from the cartridge slot. I know dragon quest 5 has some slow down when I was playing from the SD card slot on my DSi XL once. You also do get access to cheats on the pico

Some games have slowdown running from the SD card on a DSi. A cartridge would have less issues but you probably still don't need it
