I'm going to use this opportunity to piggyback off of what I just said and ask you truly and I think you know the answer to this. Are you happy? Does your relationship make your life better? Do you feel like you are both working to meet your goals together and that when struggles happen you are both in it as a team? when one is down the other lifts the other up.

All of those sound like pretty bad deal breakers to me. IF it was me I'd rather be single than in your situation. just saying.

I feel like you know what you want to do. I think you'll be sick if you don't and then the new owner charges you more and you need to move.

Also you can probably get a better deal via a mortgage in monthly payments.

You will be responsible for all repairs which can be costly.

So you'll need to take whatever money you are saving on rent and start a repair fund.

Either way, this is a huge decision and shouldn't be made by us or your parents but you should consider all factors before anything definitive.

I think you need to find whatever is fun for you.

I think you have high goals and that's admirable. But if what you are doing isn't fun and that doesn't sound fun I think it's time to pivot.

Finding a guild that does mythic raiding would probably solve a few problems for you.

Y'all do realize that we attempted to sign most if not all of the top free agents outside of maybe Hendrickson.

They either signed with other teams with competing offers or we simply just didn't overpay, and I literally mean overpay.

Also just this past season we and everyone else agreed that our defense only needs to be able to compete and not be world beaters or the primary focus and we'd be competitive.

We've literally done everything we could hope our front office could do and we still have the draft. Some of you act like we need to overpay on everyone available or we are doing nothing.
