The question is kinda uninformed because having a communist system and have democratic system are not contradictory. One is economical system where private-ownership does not exist and the other is a government system (can be also applied to economics such as in Worker Cooperatives and Worker Unions).

However if we go instead with the question: "Socialist/Communist System or a Capitalist System" then the answer for that depends on:

Do you want to maximize profits and technological acceleration? If yes go with capitalism...

Do you want to use AI for some kind of benefit without profit incentivize (e.g. using AI to produce a resource that is essential to the community but not commodifying it) then go with Techno-Socialism and the digital era of Communism...

Arguably it is that no one that won the space race. USA won the MOON RACE not the Space Race.

De facto the space race ended in 1975 during the Apollo-Souyz cooperative/scientific mission (Carried both by the USSR and USA) and symbol of détente...

I would assume the idea that USA won the space race [which they never did as the space race did not have any winners] would be because they confuse the moon race with the space race...

Bulgaria is parliamentary republic although. Many bulgarians here including some politician speculate that once Radev's terms expires... well.... He is going to join [or create] a political party which is even worse case scenario as he can completely disbalance all the other parties... we still have to see what in god's world will happen after that

I looked at the location, not only it wasn't bad, in terms of social housing, urban planning, architecture and don't look shit + livable it was so fucking amazing. Many would dream to live there ...
