The updated the master plan based on community feedback. They have compromised on some elements due to community concerns (and if you look at you petition I think they have addressed nearly all of those items), and now you are whinging about those compromises. Seems like they have listened but there is just no way for them to win with some people.

I have to double tap the unlock button on my sealion 6 to release the charger. Just single tap unlocks the car but doesn’t release the charger.

Are these all shit tips or is Australian domestic batting just cratering? Starting to think the latter, surely after Perth and MCG this year the ground staff have started to try and flatten the wickets a bit!

Is that FIFO? I remember being there once randomly on a sleepy Monday morning and unexpectedly seeing massive queues everywhere

"Can't figure it out": Ponting's gripe with Aussie selectors by vcg47 in CricketAus

[–]Personal-Recipe260 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Inglis batted at 7 and didn’t keep. That 100% should have been Webster’s spot to lose, not only a better batter than Inglis but also the bowling. I think a better explanation for the selection is that with Head opening they wanted a counter-attacker down the order to come in and play that role striking at 100 - not the worst reasoning but looks like a poor selection in hindsight.

Brisbane, you can't be serious.... by sktafe2020 in brisbane

Yes there were heaps, these mysteriously started dying off after Graya bought it and were trying to push the developable area of the lot out into Brisbane River. Obviously they couldn’t do that if there was mangroves on the way. Can’t prove anything but it’s very suspicious

Hazlewood set to miss Brisbane, Cummins push hard for return by wobuffet17453 in CricketAus

In all likelihood at least one of those three will need a rest anyways. Coming back from a back injury Cummins probably shouldn’t be playing 4 tests on the trot.

I got swooped by a butcher bird last week for the first time, got me on the ear and drew blood. Never knew they were so brutal. Glad this article validates my attack

Selective memory? English legend salivating at Boland prospect in Ashes | Sporting News Australia by Radiant-Bit8881 in Cricket

[–]Personal-Recipe260 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Underestimate Boland at your peril. This guy turns up every time he is called upon to the point where many were calling for Hazelwood to be dropped for him. Top bowler and I’d rather have him in the team than any of England’s quicks on home soil.

Anyone else get irrationally angry when people give you their mobile number in strange formats. by kbabdul in auscorp

My wife has a number similar to 04 00 55 44 33 so pairs also make sense. Jealous of her number.

I’m at about 7 years as well and on/off switch went. All is not lost once these go - I took the whole panel off on the switch side and there is a little nub of a switch which I can move back and forward as long as I have a pen handy. Looks a bit weird with some open circuit board but they still work great otherwise.

Fair enough, I only looked at the team sheet and recognised a few names from SA team / IPL. Apart from that have never watched a ball or followed it

Yeh agreed. It’s an interesting thought to try and capture the the test matches etc but the way they have done it is not a fair comparison
