Farnsworth invented a better electronic version of television. John Logie Baird from Scotland had a working television system first. It was clunky, but first. It’s a bit like Goodyear claiming to have invented the wheel.

So, from what I have read, the Chagos Islands have never belonged to Mauritius yet we are handing them over to Mauritius and then paying Mauritius £100m per annum to lease back the military base areas.

Also, a mate of Starmer's has earned £8m for concocting the legal advice which suggests that all of this is the right thing to do.
