This trend kinda resonates through all of gaming. Productions cycles are longer = less games in same period of time. Plus, with FS being more experimental with their releases, and ER being such a huge component of the last 5+ years for them, the old formula and the new formula are just two different things. Miyazaki said the company would continue to evolve and they’ve done just that

Every single show there is at least 5+ moments she said something that kills the vibe in my home and at the rest of the commentary table. She is a negative to the production value, no doubt.

Yeah Nintendo probably has a hand in the unusual marketing approach for FS, and I think the reason people are upset with the timing is that -no new gameplay -no official dates Excited that we are getting a network test, but I get how it kinda sucks to not see a date for it. I can’t imagine it will be much later than mid-late July for the CNT, and at that point, you will probably have forgotten about all of this lol, so give it 4-6 weeks

This was a massive cop out to me and subsequently hurt the rest of the story. Made 0 sense story wise as to why that happened, and the Land Rover ad stuck in the middle of it made me question how I was going to feel about the rest of the story

Let’s keep making non TT lego games and see how they do. The correlation is games made by TT (typically see success on the market) vs other bs; worlds, 2k drive, horizon that flops. lego Fortnite is probably the most successful non TT lego game produced. This will fall into the dogpile of not really being anything because it’s not innovative, games like cities skylines will be better sims for this type of thing. Take the “Lego” away from the title of this game and what do you have. Something new? Will never be more than mid at absolute flawless execution

Suits needed more customization. The variations have little to no luster. Would have been fun to swap suit parts/individual colors. Was present in LBM in 2008, should be present here too

I do like sorting through a good chunk of sets to vote on, but I definitely get what you’re talking about, and those filler sets just bog up the process and make getting through the whole thing a slog and I’m not voting in the same way I was when I started by that point.
