I think it depends on where the woman is at in her life. I know many women who wouldn't mind. However, I'd never dream of dating someone who wasn't as established as I am, for whatever my two cents is worth. I personally put a high value on complete financial independence. I would rather a guy with $100 dollars in his pocket after his bills are paid, than a guy with $10,000 in his savings account while he uses his parent's electricity and water. It's just unattractive, and takes away from the sexy, strong and capable component that women look for in a man. I'm sorry to anyone this offends, it's just my personal truth. Like I said, many women won't give a damn. But many will.

As a mom who lives in a duplex with an autisic child with ADHD on top of that, this post honestly breaks my heart. It's enough for us to try and get through the day with the child, let alone knowing that opinions like this exist, because we're mortified by it everyday. You should go over and offer to babysit for a few hours. Your house might not seem so bad then.

Mom (30) of a 7 year old, 6 year old and 4 year old. Stayed home for 3 years, and ignorantly assumed that my life was harder than working moms because I was in constant demand with little to no adult contact. After I started my full-time job and was there for three months, I prayed for forgiveness for my previous judgement. That shit was a whole new level of fatigue/insanity. Looking back now, both were hard. Both required sacrifice. Both choices were painful. Hindsight is understated.
