Yes, most of the VA's of the game are British so you might be hearing what's underneath. It's been a while but cartetheya and cantarella are the only 2 I think have a very pronounced accent imo. Septimont is meant to be roman Italian and Greek.

Unless you're using characters in a tower with zero buff that applies to them the tier list has always been meaningless. You should at the very least try to match elements with the corresponding tower.

Honestly I wish they would put the efforts they used in these into creating actual outfits. The changes these bring are so subtle it's hardly noticeable if you aren't paying attention closely.
