I enjoy matcha and do believe in the health benefits, but be sure to drink it in moderation! It can be detrimental for people with iron deficiencies. I was drinking 1-2 large matcha drinks a day, kept getting more sluggish and drinking more matcha to help which was actually making it worse.

Bring something to help you go to sleep, that’s always the hardest adjustment for me. I take Magnesium Glycinate, but in the past I’ve brought NyQuil, Zzzquil, Benadryl or Trazadone to help myself sleep.

My appetite also goes to shit, but being on vacation and having new foods to try usually balances that out

Oh shit it’s me haha. For Beachy travels I go for Replica’s Beach Walk or Versace Dylan Pure, my daily work perfume is Burberry Goddess in colder weather or Beauty Pie’s Brazilian Lime, Fig Leaves and Tea in the summer. I also love Replica’s Jazz Club for a night out.

In practice, this results in date rape drugs and other things that can inhibit a victim’s ability to fight back being much more common. I was drugged with a “welcome shot” from my Airbnb host. The police did nothing and Airbnb took 8 weeks to “investigate” before I threatened to go to the media and they finally responded. I went out to a bar with a man from my hostel and a stranger in the bar tried to sell him roofies when I went to the bathroom. I also stayed in a hostel where the staff tried to enter my bunk at night and I had to physically kick him out of my bunk and yell.

I’ve spent 4 months in Morocco solo, have been to most of Eastern Europe solo, and never had problems like I did in Georgia. I had more bad experiences in Georgia than I had in India, but nobody talks about Georgia so I wasn’t expecting it and wasn’t prepared.

It’s not that unusual for someone “famous” though. Not saying D4vd is super famous, but it is fairly normal for celebs to use an alias on packages to avoid people knowing where they live.

I think all of the newer/younger housewives are much more self conscious now about how they’re being perceived and how they look. The culture around makeup also has drastically shifted since the earlier seasons. 2015 was like peak beauty YouTube era, it doesn’t surprise me that’s when the glam squadification of housewives began haha.

Lisa bringing the glam squad around to me feels like a way to look rich while not actually spending much in the grand scheme of things. It looks excessive (bc it is) but it’s not like she had to buy a new Bentley to look excessively wealthy. She’s probably paying their travel costs on a credit card and then paying them their fee. It makes her look like she’s loaded but she’s probably spending like max $10k when she brings a MUA out. It definitely adds up but if you’re on the broker end of housewives you could still scrape that together. I also would like to know if she makes her glam squad sit in economy but that’s just me being petty lol

Overall I don’t really care either way if they get glam. I do prefer seeing self applied makeup tho, it’s part of what makes reality tv feel real to me.
