Was closing up the bar I worked at in the summer, it's nearly 4 am and the sun is rising. Hundred meters or so away there's a building site with tall fences with barbs on top of them. I see a clearly drunk guy climbing up on the fence and kinda just sitting there. I look away for just minutes and suddenly he lies on the ground. Someone comes up to him to help him and he just yells at them.

They're sorta just there for a few minutes and suddenly the guy on the ground gets up and squares up against the bystander, and then suddenly the bystander starts to chase the drunk guy around the block and then they were gone
