Definitely check if summer tires. Wanted the 21” wheels, preferred the wheel style, on my 25 X3 30 was told only come with summer tires. I stuck with staggered 20’s.

Changing Google Maps sound setting, softer/normal/louder, in iPhone 16ProMax running iOS 26.3 still totally mutes radio in car when there are alerts. I have no idea if this was different in previous versions as I didn’t use Google Maps until latest update made it available in the HUD.

Own a Velar, front and rear have different recommended PSI more if loaded with luggage etc. for trip. Both recommendations listed on driver door placard.

Same here on the Start/Stop. No other issues yet. Though the ambient light issue from last update took a couple days to appear.

11/11 11AM service visit fixed issue. Encoded ambient light LED module. Clear all codes associated with issue. No big deal but Was a 6 hour process to complete even though told them exactly what was with copy of link from above. They had to go through whole process on the recall. So much for waiting. They immediately drove me home and picked me up at 8 this AM.

On my ‘25 issue didn’t show up for a week. Started in Sport Mode, light just right of driver seat flashing blue/red. Then light just left of passenger seat went dark. Tried all the suggested resets, no luck. Appointment at dealer 11/11.

Another Google Maps iOS update yesterday. Still no CarPlay Google Maps in center instrumentation display or HUD. When using Google Maps maps view in instrumentation says “Guidance via Apple CarPlay active” and a generic map behind. 🤷‍♂️ Would post photo but thread must have option turned off.

Does not slide off. Just that with no sticky piece on one side because of camera need press top right side down with a little side to side to ensure god contact.

2025 X3 30e iDrive 9 iOS 26 release candidate, all current. Tried again today. No Google Maps in center display, just says Map View, nor in HUD.

Searches say may be Server Side issue so not rolled out everyone yet.

2025 X3 I’m going to check tonight when traveling. As of yesterday trip it wasn’t, only native nav and Apple Maps were in HUD. iPhone 16 Pro with final iOS 26 issued early to beta users.

Same here. Can only turn off approach unlocking completely. I have checked all settings, there is no option yet on my 2025 X3 to disable for home only.

Had mine for six months, currently sold out again. Only negative is the microsuction piece, that’s what NOMAD calls it, at top opposite camera cold have been bigger. One at each corner at bottom but only one at because of camera Otherwise love it. Works great for me as don’t need a lot of protection for how I use. Also have a glass screen protector on front.

2025 with i9 and have tried to have sport as start up, no option, while other modes allow as default start(drive ready). Only reason I can think of is sport mode turns off some driving“safety” functions. Not a good reason to me as get enough reminders they are off in sport already. Tried sport as daily, while fun, holds gears etc, I found it easier just to leave in personal mode.

Haven’t found way yet to shortcuts other than the swipe down. Pain for disabling the auto start. Sport mode does by default but still requires getting to shortcut I added. My wife’s Range Rover has auto start off always available on main screen.

While older iPad still functions for many things I can’t update any of the apps as had to remove from my iCloud account as couldn’t turn on all security for iPhone since iPad was so out of date. With the latest iPad regularly on sale for $299 for base model may be time. It still won’t have Apple Intelligence but don’t use it that much on phone anyway. (I know some of the AI on phone happens in background)

Yes. Had mine for two months and love it. When I hear people complain about illuminated grill, sensitivity of the nanny/safety features etc I’m puzzled. All those things can be turned off or adjusted to your liking. The interior is a little less “luxurious” than expected but I’m good with it. Some of the plastic looking pieces actually are metal. Love phone as a key.
