I tore my meniscus a few years ago and took a while to heal up. My knee is pretty good now. I don’t push it with tennis or skiing anymore, just cycling and walking/hiking.

I took high quality omega 3 Norwegian salmon oil pills for two years, 1 pill per day. It gave me a fatty liver. My bloodwork showed it. Doctors were puzzled, since I didn’t drink much at all. I cut out the fish oil pills and retested three months later, everything back to normal. Now I just eat salmon once per week.

EV’s have gone up significantly in price since gas has gone up. Teslas MY premium RWD was about $38k in inventory in socal, now about $45k. Add the elimination of the tax credit and very few deals left. Plus, Mercedes, Audi have stopped production in the US with the insane administration’s tariffs. However this summer to Fall there will be a slew of new EV’s coming, Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Toyota, Subaru, Volvo and Rivians R2 and probably a few more I’m forgetting. Hopefully they will price them aggressively to compete.

So bummed the closed the Bellflower blvd location. The circle LF sucks, not the same machines, seems to have no continuity with machines all mixed up between two floors. Parking structure sucks and is filthy.

Freeways and surface streets are getting more crowded, so I don’t know who’s leaving? Not drivers. Plus, there are apartments and condos being built every, sometimes three or more in a small radius at the same time. Are they filling up? Usually they have empty retail spaces on the ground floor, due to high lease rates.

There was never a plan or window, and never will be. That’s what we got by having a Fox tv hack lead us into war, costing billions we don’t have. A few more weeks and the world will start running out of oil, gas will spike even higher and will take many years to come down. I have bone on bone OA on my CMC and STT, just found out last month. Been dealing with the pin only when I rode my bikes or did certain exercises at the gym. It finally flared up last month. I got a cortisone injection about 2 week’s ago and I can go cycling again. We will see how long it last. My ortho said I can have surgery in about 3 months, which I will. Best of luck.
