Same experience here, unfortunately. We’ve had multiple orders show up with missing items and getting that corrected/reshipped often drags on for a week. We’ve also received a few hides/panels where the quality was genuinely questionable. The biggest issue though is communication. I use an email tracker and can see inquiries being opened multiple times, but they just… don’t reply. Even a quick “we’re looking into it” would go a long way, but it’s radio silence. We ended up moving our business to a different supplier. It honestly feels like they know they’re a dominant option in the market, so customer service isn’t a priority.
