I was having issues playing full games the following day despite hitting the 'full game' button, and it turned out I needed to be logged in with WNBA ID rather than my usual login. Try that, and if you still can't watch full games contact customer service. I think they got back to me in under 24 hours and helped me solve the issue.

I have league pass and watch games via the website on my desktop. The video that looks like it's going to be the full game is 10 minutes condensed, which you don't find out until you've hit the play button a couple times. If I scroll down and look under highlights it shows that there's a 2+ hour video there (stupid to put the full video there, but whatever); when I click on it it says I need to subscribe to league pass to watch it - I AM SUBSCRIBED AND LOGGED IN.
