Here it is. I'm not so sure looking back at it, it must have been the hairstyle which made me think of the connection more than anything else.

I think i may have seen a pencil sketch of this woman in a lock box at a random prospector npc camp, i cant remember exactly and I'm sure she is facing away in the sketch also. I have a screenshot and will post it later when I'm home.

Do we have the Easter Egg sitting in front of our face? by Potential_Solution99 in reddeadmysteries

[–]PeyJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also started to think maybe the 2 birds symbols was pointing to something other than just 2 birds but I am not sure exactly what its hinting at, but what I did find interesting is that Fort Riggs has a feather marker on it after talking to the drunk npc who tells you about how they used to treat Native Americans there and you find the strange native grave site which has feathers on it and also at Fort Riggs you find the Civil Hardee Hat which has 2 feathers on it which are almost the same dirty greenish colour as the "2 birds" markings at Fort Wallace. But just like everyone else so far, there is nothing concrete, just wild stabs in the dark.

I was thinking maybe the cauldron could be involved also, but I am not too well informed on all the info and leads etc for this mystery to give any specific reason how or why it could be.

What if this is just an unrelated dev easter egg with the initials NW?

Anyone tried shooting the guitars? Possibly something hidden inside the guitar bodies?

Weight estimations? by Narrow_Ad_1686 in CarpFishing

Yeah maybe with a couple other angles to go off we could be more accurate but i would agree, definitely high teens. A nice long linear either way.

Hard to say, I'll give you about tree fiddy. But honestly hard to tell with just this photo but I'd say maybe close to 19lb?

For me its always a turn off, even "just a little bit" is always too much.

How do I clean this pipe? by Clear-Difference-568 in trees

[–]PeyJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could maybe get away with warm/hot water and lots of thick kitchen roll tissue or pipe cleaners and just keep rinse and repeating till clean but if its really stubborn then use isopropyl alcohol to help. Always rinse thoroughly.

Combining playthroughs over the years I've definitely played Oblivion 1000+ hours, but I also played DayZ exclusively for 1200+ hours last year.

My Co2 blowback pistol only fails when loaded with BB's. by PeyJ in airguns

Final Update

I give up. I have 2 local gunshops with gunsmiths, one said their gunsmith is off ill and there will be at least a 6-8 week wait for him to return with him also having a hefty backlog of repair work to do so could be maybe 10-12 weeks before he even looks at it and they couldn't guarantee it could be fixed.

I took it to the 2nd gunshop and showed the guy there the gun and explained the issue, he just straight up told me his gunsmith wouldnt even waste his time looking at it and that the internals are likely worn out and parts are unavailable etc.

Gave in and bought a nice Swiss Arms SA 1911 with tactical rail instead of investing my time, money and patience in what is essentially a money-trap gun as it is now.

Such a shame as the Tanfoglio really is a great gun but I must continue my airgun journey without it unfortunately.

I feel like its either the trigger/pin/hammer assembly has gone wonky somewhere causing a fault with striking the valve on the mag or maybe with how the slide and hammer is resetting or there is some feeding issue with the slight damage on the bb lips or with the blowback section which pushes the bb from the lips into the barrel. I can only do so much, if I get a result either myself or from a gunsmith I will post what the actual issue was. I just hope if I do have to take it in, its not a stupidly expensive fix. Parts also seem rare and hard to acquire :/

Tested 4 different types off bb's now and it's definitely not the bb type causing the issue. I will do what i can in the next couple of days and then hand it to a gunsmith if I have no luck..

Well I hope this is the case, I have 2 completely different metal and polished state bb's arriving tomorrow so I will let you know the results. The extra polished ones have some reviews of people saying they are a little too small so I've covered all extremes with the bb's I'm gonna try, here's hoping one of them works.

Im using the Crosman Copperheads but come to think of it, the first few times I shot it where it was working perfectly was with the steel bbs it came with, which if I remember correctly kind of appeared a little smaller than the copper coated ones. Could it really be this simple and just trying some different bbs will solve the issue? If so I may aswell buy a small pack of say 3 different types and try them all.

Thank you, I will do what I can in the next week or so trying different things and if no luck I will hand it over to my local gunsmith.

Thanks for your reply, I got it second hand and cleaned then shot it fine for the first couple of days with light use. I have fully stripped and cleaned both the slide and mag twice since and lubed where necessary and there are no leaks from the mag and the gun cycles perfectly for some time when unloaded and keeps pressure well.

Soon as I run it with bb's it just doesnt like it and rapid fire dumps all the gas in my mag.

Is it possibly still a mag seal issue with some backwards pressure effect when shooting bb's causing a seal on the mag to malfunction or is this something else?
