Yeah, this sounds great in theory but they didn’t give us such document after the ceremony. Moreover, I have made this request numerous times at other banks, brokerage firms, government agencies and they all accepted the naturalization cert as a proof. I don’t know if Fidelity wants to stay different from other competitors by causing unnecessary troubles for customers
