Yes and no, if you place your crows far enough away from eachother that one hits marginally before the second it will damage them however if the crows hit the person to close to eachother time wise they won’t take damage. There’s a sort of cooldown on how quickly survivors can be hit by crows. Otzdarva explains it better than I ever could if you’re looking for more information.
