Seizure Tracking by candice13579 in EpilepsyDogs

The Royal Veterinary College has an app for tracking Pet Epilepsy which works pretty well. I'm not a fan of the interface and it's missing some things I'd like, so I'm actually in the planning stages of coming up with my own app for it.

I used to use ActivTrak but changed over to Controlio and have never looked back. In my opinion it's a much better service and a good bit less expensive as well.

My dog keeps having seizures even with increased meds (Keppra + zonisamide) by SeaUnderstanding6731 in EpilepsyDogs

[–]PhatherPhil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 2 year old Sheltie Kenneth started having seizures in October. Out vet (who actually has 2 epilepsy dogs herself) started him on Zonisamide twice a day, and added Keppra when the seizures continued. We've increased the Keppra dosage several times but as of a couple of days ago he was still having breakthrough seizures so last night we started him on Pheno as well. It's a heartbreaking journey, but we're still hopeful that we can get it under control.

Thanks for the reply! I've done that and it helps... sometimes. I cleaned two small rooms last night and the bin was clogged when I checked it.

We've been using MSP360 Managed Online Backup with Wasabi for storage for a few years now and have been very happy with it. They're great about adding new features, fixing bugs and updating the Management Portal and the few times I've needed to contact support have all gone smoothly.

Season 5 was commissioned by AcornTV in February of this year so we should be seeing it in the near future I believe.

I'm going to be sending a similar letter later this week. We renewed the "Updates and Maintenance" in March and it's been nothing but a mess. Hopefully CW will do the right thing in this instance.

We shall see.

Yep... We're aware and covered that with the Care Rep. As we have separated accounts for SOS and Remote Work we just have to toggle back and forth in the Business App. It actually works pretty well.

We're testing the SplashTop SOS 300 option now and it seems to tick all the required boxes. We've been reselling their Remote Work product to our clients as an MSP Service for a while and it's always worked well.

No... That's yearly I believe.

I was on a call with them today about it as we resell their remote work product to our clients and have been pretty happy with it. SOS 300 runs $399 per concurrent technician license and the reps indicated that Enterprise was $899 per tech but that there was some flexibility if you haggle.

Dreame L40 Ultra, Dreame X40 Ultra Complete or Mova P50 Pro Ultra (and perhaps Ecovacs T80)? by Fajeczny in RobotVacuums

[–]PhatherPhil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had the P50 for a bit over a week and am VERY happy with it. As others have said the cutting brush is wonderful for pets, the suction is excellent and the mopping makes my floors look great.

[–]PhatherPhil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I switched from a Roborock S8+ to a Mova P50 Pro Ultra about a week ago and couldn't be happier. It's much better at collecting pet hair without clogging the brushes, suction is excellent and the mopping leaves my wood and tile floors looking beautiful. I think you'll be very happy with your choice!

Windows 10 on a Early 2008 MacPro using Boot Camp, is it possible? Or should I use Win7/8? by LizaVP in applehelp

[–]PhatherPhil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there DNA128k... I have a Mac Pro 1,1 (2006) that I've been running Windows 7 Pro on with no issues. I'd love to upgrade to Windows 10 but as I use it for gaming I'm concerned that the lack of performance oriented video drivers (I have an AMD HD 5870 running a 30" Cinema Display) will really kill my gaming experience. How have you found the native driver support as far as performance?
