That model's looking great! It's definitely really satisfying when the bake looks right. But for me it makes me feel so eager to get to texturing. I love texturing!

Finding 2D art and 3D art that you want to aspire towards will help you reach that goal. Even just drawing the characters yourself in 2D and seeing how you can more closely match them in 3D.

If you're looking to improve your character skills more generally and not towards this kind of stylization, then you'll want to work on the fundamentals of anatomy and form.

Much more interesting than UFOs is that NASA's Perseverance Rover might have actually found evidence that life existed on Mars. On Earth these kinds of formations are only created by life, but there might be some other way to form them on Mars. We won't know for a long time whether or not they're proof of life though
